Today’s video is from EmilyNoel83, also known as Beauty Broadcast. She’s an Illinois morning news anchor who has a crazy passion for makeup and she recently started doing this series where she does an entire makeup look using one brand. Emily previously has done the premium brand Tarte (which I like), but in this video, she brought the cost down significantly by using e.l.f. products, which I also really like. After she finishes with the tutorial, she discusses the products she likes and the ones she doesn’t and why. I hope you like her as much as I do!
