Makeup Geek Eyeshadows, Part 2

Happy Monday! (I firmly believe in the power of a positive attitude, even when it seems like a long shot!)

Today I have two more eyeshadows from Makeup Geek. This post is mainly for color comparisons, as I talk more about the overall formula, packaging, etc., here. I really like the formula of these, and fully intend to buy some more!

Makeup Geek Eye Shadow in Twilight

I really love this shade. It’s a taupe shade with gray-lavender undertones. Very easy to use and even easier to blend.

Makeup Geek Eye Shadow in Chickadee

I bought this shade because it’s a really unique color that I didn’t already have. As you can see, it’s a matte orange-yellow. (I feel like Bob Ross would call this “yellow ochre”.) Chickadee swatches a lot more orange than it looks in the pan. It can be a bit more finicky to work with than a satin finish shadow.

I’m a big fan of Makeup Geek shadows, and Marlena has just recently launched a line of lipsticks as well. Can’t wait to try them out!
