I tried something new yesterday- I wore ridiculously bold, deep, red lips. The lipstick was NYX’s Snow White (LSS 569), which has a satin finish. And I LOVED IT!
After a while, though, I grew tired of the maintenance. I did have to touch up and reapply to keep the color true (I wouldn’t have had to if I had worn lip liner).
A year ago, I never would have worn such a bold lip and been completely comfortable. Progress is a beautiful thing.
From a beauty standpoint, what are you afraid of?
It amazes me that you would ever be afraid to put anything on those lips! They are like a canvas begging to be painted in all sorts of artistic ways. You go girl!
